Course registration forms

Plan course registration with an eligibility check, cohort choice, and confirmation details that reduce drop-off before the first session.

Confirm eligibility before you promise a place

If a course has prerequisites, ask for them as a short self-assessment or a link to prior work. State the level, the weekly time commitment, and the language of instruction in the introduction. Screening early avoids refunds and disappointed learners later.

Let people choose a cohort

Give each session a single-choice field with dates and times, and make the time zone explicit. If seats are limited, say whether a place is held on submission or only after confirmation, and show the deadline for switching between cohorts.

Say what happens after submitting

Explain whether the fee is charged now or later, when the joining instructions arrive, and how to cancel. Keep an alternative contact for learners who cannot complete the form, since payment problems or access needs may block submission entirely.
